Meandering

Moving into the setting sun,

Seems a waste to me.

Catching spoonfuls of rain

Happens at a lower rate.

Inebriated groundhogs

Come stumbling into the light.

Sworn judges of character flaws

Rub the whiskey right.

Start a feel for better days.

Count them as they come.

Drink to your health.

Don’t drink again.

I have no more

Sugar to pour.

Can you see me

Spinning on my axis?

Can you see the can’ts

Flow into a tantrum?

Stop the stance.

Catch the roaming home.
